Privacy Policy — 61 (٦١) — The Card Game

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This policy explains what information 61 (٦١) — The Card Game (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the app, why we collect it, where it’s stored, and the choices you have. It applies starting with version 2.0.0, which adds online multiplayer, friends, and Sign in with Apple.

If you only play offline against computer opponents, none of this applies to you — offline play collects nothing and sends nothing over the network.

Information we collect

We only collect what’s needed to make online multiplayer, friends, and account recovery work. We collect it directly from you or your device — never from third parties.

What Why
Nakama user ID and device identifier (internal identifiers generated when you first play online) Identifies your account on our server so multiplayer matches, stats, and friends work correctly.
Profile info you choose: display name, gender, and selected avatar/character Shown to other players at the table, in your friends list, and used to personalize your profile.
Friend code (a 6-character code tied to your account) Lets other players add you as a friend.
Gameplay stats (matches played, matches won, rounds won, streaks, and similar in-game statistics) Tracks your rank/progress and is shown on your profile.
In-game coin balance and cosmetic ownership (coins earned/spent, which card backs, table mats, and characters you’ve unlocked or equipped, and daily-reward streak status) Lets your in-game currency and unlocked items sync across devices and survive a reinstall. This is our own in-game virtual currency only — see “What we don’t do” below regarding real payment information.
Apple ID identifier (an opaque identifier Apple provides when you use Sign in with Apple — not your actual Apple ID) Lets you sign in and restore your account (profile, coins, stats, cosmetics) on a new or reinstalled device.
Email address (only if you choose to share it via Sign in with Apple, including Apple’s private relay address) Used only to identify your account if you ever need account-recovery support — we do not send marketing email.

We do not collect your device’s advertising identifier, your contacts, your location, photos, or any real payment/financial information — all in-game currency is virtual and, as of this version, entirely free to earn (no real-money purchases exist yet).

What we don’t do

Where your data is stored

All data listed above is stored on a server we operate ourselves (running Nakama, an open-source game server), hosted on DigitalOcean cloud infrastructure at play.sablastudio.com. We do not use a third-party backend-as-a-service provider — this server is ours, and nobody outside our small team has access to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you don’t delete your account, it stays on our server indefinitely so you can keep playing and keep your progress.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your Nakama account and all associated data listed above (user ID, display name, friend code, gameplay stats, and the Apple ID link) from our server. This cannot be undone.

If you’d rather not use the in-app option, email us (below) and we’ll delete it for you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

61 (٦١) is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change to what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where required, notify you in the app.
